Homefront LLC is a Madison Wisconsin flat fee MLS brokerage and has been helping homeowners save their equity since 1998.

The business is owned and operated by Broker Brian P. Callahan who has extensive education and experience in the real estate and marketing industries. Mr. Callahan is a 1985 graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin and attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois before being hired by Westinghouse Communities in Naples, Florida.

At Westinghouse Communities, Mr. Callahan worked on marketing for luxury homes, villas, and high rise condos at the communites of Pelican Bay, Bay Colony, and Pelican Landing. He also managed the architectural design review process for these communities and directed the offering of equity golf memberships at The Club of Pelican Bay.

Since implementing the Homefront LLC flat fee mls service, Mr. Callahan has personally listed over 2,000 properties. In addition to the flat fee marketing and brokerage services, Mr. Callahan has served as a general contractor for the construction of custom homes in southern Wisconsin.

Professional memberships include the South Central Wisconsin MLS, Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, Metro Milwaukee MLS, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Brian and Diane Callahan have two children and Diane is an instructor at MATC at the downtown Madison campus.
